We also undertake modernisation, reconstruction, extension, and relocation projects for industrial plants, as well as demolition works.

We develop design documentation in the field of both construction designs (PB), as well as technical designs (PT) and executive designs (PW). We also provide legal analysis, obtain all necessary administrative decisions, and make arrangements.

We organise tenders and competitions of offers along with preparing proper tender documentation, i.e., analysis of order specifications, comparison of offers and price negotiations, up to preparing contracts for contractors. We also prepare documentation for the application for co-financing from EU funds and KPO, and we assist in settling and supervising the project’s implementation until the funds are disbursed.
