Supervision
Investor’s supervision is an obligation to control the process of construction of industrial facilities, which may be established by the Investor or imposed on the Investor by the competent authority in the decision on the building permit due to the high degree of complexity of the project or the expected impact on the natural environment.
The Investor’s supervision consists of controlling the construction process so that it is carried out according to the previously prepared design. Representing the Investor at the construction site, we check the legitimacy of decisions made by the construction manager and control the compliance of the construction implementation following the design documentation.
